This new session features facial stones made out of soap stone, cool eye pads for contrast, toe stones and hot towels. 30 minutes of hot stone massage on the face, neck, and shoulders to release tension, and 30 minutes of reflexology after feet being wrapped in hot towels.

According to the manufacturer - Soap stones are hand made in the USA from non-absorbent American soapstone, nature’s best thermal conductor, CoreStones maintain heat and cold longer than any other stone. When applied to the skin, they provide a silky, deep, uniform pressure.

A synergizing session

This session features a full body swedish massage, while incoporating "synergy stones", a type of hot stone that is made out of ceramic material. Synergy stone's radiant heat affects the millions of thermal receptors during massage. They send more heat to the areas needed because they are used for the actual massage rather than for placement.

The shape of the individual stones also allows for more than relaxation, they can be used for therapeutic intention to relieve pain and soothe sore muscles.
