HALOTHERAPY COMING THIS MARCH!
Halotherapy - also known as active salt therapy is an up and coming treatment for health and wellness.
The sessions are short - between 10 and 20 min, and involves sitting in a tent and breathing in salt air. The generator crushes the salt into very small particles that are easy to inhale. Salt therapy is helpful for many different conditions and well being - including respiratory conditions like asthma, COPD, emphysema, allergies, sinusitis and more.
Dermatological conditions that are helped with salt therapy can include psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, and dermatitis.
Salt therapy can also help decrease inflammation, which can be pain relieving for arthritic conditions like RA, lupus, fibromyalgia and others.
